Activity - The activity that will take place in being a member of student council(STUCO) is to work for different school activities and lead students to follow in chapel services and flag raising. Also, other activities that are related such as medical dental mission, relief to flood victims are done in student council too.
Goals - in doing this, The main goal will be knowing how to use time wisely as the community will have to finish activities efficiently because of the number of people involved in the community. Also, working as part of this group will help how to serve to others, as student council mostly will have times when service skills are needed.
Impact - Student council is an organization which requires service and action in many different events or activities that are planned. Therefore, the participants are very likely to learn about different environments and be more familiar with service and actions related to school activities. Through this, i can learn about different environments i will face and reactions i will take in ways such as action or service.
Timeline - The whole year of 2012~2013

As it's written, this does not sound like a real CAS activity. If there is a specific project or activity that you will be involved with as a STUCO member, then that is what you should write a proposal for.
