reflection for teambuilding

In the program of team building launched for students, we had to follow the program which aimed mostly to make students be aware of collaboration and teamwork. As for nowadays people tend to individualize, team building program made us be more aware of how it is as a team. in the program, we acted in a way in such acting as a team making the work or activity more efficient, compare to when we do not have a team.
