activity - The activity that i'm trying to undertake is boxing, one of very famous sports in america. Boxing, just like the word itself, is about using one's fist to fight the opponent. Some time will be taken to really learn it.
goals - learning boxing, I will aim to be more energetic and be able to protect myself. boxing seems like somehow dangerous activity, however, it is worth it because i will be able to do more exercise and be energetic. being energetic can affect me in studying, daily living, and staying healthy.
Impact - Playing boxing will help improve physical abilities, as well as ability to determine what to do in a very short time, as during boxing game, people will have to determine what to do in a very short moment, to guard or to avoid the punch.
timeline - Starting 2012 february 4, no planned end time yet, every saturday.
supervisor - The couch at gym.
